» This site is an online exchange service where you can access details about cards of all kinds, and view requests for wanted cards. Its main aim is to provide a safe place for card selling and trading.

This site is a complete trading site that allows you to trade cards with, or sell cards to other members. It allows you to search or browse for specific items offered for trade or sale. You can trade up for cards of higher value or for cards you want more. You can also post for cards you wish.

Search/browse through the extensive list of categories, find items that may be useful for you, make offers, wait for the other party to respond by accepting or rejecting your offer, add comments, trade and enjoy!

Thus with the minimum effort, you can trade, sell or buy cards from other people via the internet. However, there is always a risk when randomly trading or selling online. If you would like us to facilitate your trade, please use the contact link provided:

» The goal is to trade up. This could mean higher value for price, or it could be sentimental. Doesn't matter which, but the goal at the Front Desk is to provide you space to to do that.

You are not committed to anything until both you and a second party (ie the other trader/buyer) agree to proceed with the deal - you can withdraw an item at any time right up to this point without obligation or commitment.

Why Register with this site?

In order to sell and leave postings we need you to complete the short registration form. The information collected by this site will solely be used for activities that accommodate the trading or sale of items between users of the site.

Whilst you can search and browse without registering, if you want to trade, buy or sell, you will need to register.
» In order to create a listing, you must first be a registered user. After you register and log in, you will notice Add Cards for Sale/ Add Cards for Trade/ Add Wish links in the 'My Space' section. Click on the appropriate link and enter all the information to create your listing.

What types of files can I upload as an image for my listing?

We recommend uploading a gif or a jpeg when posting a picture. These file types are usually small and will work with our system quite well.


Do I have any obligations?

Your obligations are set out in the site's Terms and Conditions which you have read as part of your registration.

In brief, the items offered must be legal and non-offensive to even a small number of people, and must be your property to offer.

You have no obligation to complete a trade or sale unless both you and another party have confirmed you want to go ahead with the deal, at which point you both MUST proceed. Otherwise, you can withdraw from a deal at any time up to this point.
» In order to contact a user about an item, you must first be a registered user. After you register and log in, select the item you are interested in and click on it. You will then notice a link in the listing that says "Make Offer" Click on this link, enter the details of your offer and the comments/message to the user. Please note that making an offer is the first step to go ahead with the deal.

Any deals not made through the Front Desk are on you. We can not validate trades not sent directly to us to inspect.
» When both the parties confirm a trade through mutual consent on the site The deal should be handled (ship goods, verify etc) external to the system.

We bear no responsibility if you decide to trade with others off the site.

However, we will be happy to facilitate a trade to prevent being scammed:

3. Incorrect quality of card by current grading standards - PSA, Beckett, etc...

» We are proud to have a strict policy against unsolicited bulk e-mail and against sharing e-mail addresses with third parties.
» Shipping works three ways:

1. If a card is paid for on the site; via PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe - shipping is included in the payment. A label is provided to the seller, and the buyer leaves feedback based on the quality of the sell and the shipment.

2. If a trade is mutually agreed upon on the site - users can exchange contact details for offsite shipping, and the site (FrontDesk.Space) bares no responsibility for anything involved in the exchange of goods.

3. The site (FrontDesk.Space) facilitates the trade. After the trade is submitted to us via, https://www.frontdesk.space/contactus.php, we contact both parties of the trade to confirm the details of the trade. After payment is made, we will email a receipts and shipping labels to both parties for the cards or other goods to come to us for inspection. After the trade is confirmed, or denied, the cards are shipped from our facility.
